About the Site Owner:
Steve B. (a.k.a. "Soccer-22" on many internet sites such as YouTube, eBay, Amazon Marketplace, and Photobucket) is currently the sole proprieter of this website and has been a Northern Virginia resident for 30+ years and has lived or worked for many of those years in or near Tysons Corner (now formally recognized as just Tysons)... Steve has always had an affinity and interest in tall buildings, heavy construction/engineering, and commercial real-estate, while never holding any position in these industries, likes to think he knows a thing or two about the Northern Virginia commercial real-estate market having followed closely the Tysons and Dulles Corridor. This website is a more localized granular way to document all the new construction and goings on in this emerging city..
